At FOWZA MARKETPLACE, we stand behind every garment we create. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return Email us at contact@fowza.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges We accept exchanges for a different size or colour within 30 days of delivery. To exchange, return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale and clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Damaged or Incorrect Orders Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at contact@fowza.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve it at no cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@fowza.com.

European Union If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
