Shipping availability and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order size.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over $100

  • Orders under $100 are charged shipping rates calculated at checkout

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after dispatch and are estimates only:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 4–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or factors outside our control.

Signature Required for High-Value Orders

For security and peace of mind, signature confirmation is required for higher-value orders. This helps ensure safe and successful delivery.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is delayed beyond reasonable expectations, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist.
